At Deep Current Ink, every project is a collaboration. Our goal is to deliver content that reflects your voice, values, and vision. To ensure satisfaction while respecting our time and process, we offer a fair and transparent revision policy.

included revisions

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Revisions must be:

• Based on the original project scope

• Requested within 7 days of receiving the initial draft or revised version

• Communicated in writing (email or shared document comments)

Revisions are defined as edits to improve clarity, tone, formatting, or alignment with previously discussed goals—not as changes to direction, scope, or strategy.

additional revisions

Revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at an hourly or a flat fee, depending on the nature and extent of the changes. A new estimate will be provided before work continues.

scope changes

Requests that significantly alter the original project (e.g., new messaging direction, added sections, or different target audiences) may require a revised quote and timeline. We’ll always communicate clearly and transparently about what’s considered a scope change.

final approval and closure

Once the final draft is approved and delivered, the project will be considered closed. Any future edits or updates will be treated as a new project or billed hourly.
